Do you deliver and set up the furniture, or do I need to arrange pickup?

Both options are available — Deliver to Venue (with setup and collection) or Self Pickup, depending on what works best for your event.

How much does delivery and collection cost?

During office hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm), delivery starts from $80. After office hours, Sundays, and public holidays, it starts from $130. Collection follows the same pricing.

What if my venue has access restrictions, like no lift?

Additional charges may apply if the venue has access restrictions (for example, no lift access) that affect delivery or collection.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are charged based on timing: 30% of the total bill from the date of order confirmation, 50% if cancelled within 48 hours of the delivery date, and 100% if cancelled on the delivery date itself.
